The Golden Rules of Learning a Language

The golden rules of learning a language are to listen, to speak, to recognise, to read, to write and to stimulate thinking. We cannot separate the above mentioned as together it is like forming a big puzzle, the pieces have to be fitted together, worked together into achieve the overall learning experience. Eduplus wants to derive more new learning methods from the golden rule, to be ahead of the changing education system providing children with the right attitudes towards Chinese language giving them an opportunity to learn Chinese in a whole new environment.

Eduplus emphasises on Four main areas:

At Eduplus we create many opportunities for children to be
able to use Chinese confidently.

One-minute Oration:

As a primary school student at Eduplus, you will be given the chance to present in front of your fellow classmates. Through this, be able to increase your vocabulary. Till today, over a 1000 students have benefited through the programme and have been able to develop a confidence in speaking Chinese.

At Eduplus, we would like to develop the child’s interest
and passion towards Chinese language through our various
programmes and teaching methods.

Oral Expression Training System:

For 12 years and running, Eduplus uses a distinctively different oral expression training system, which has helped countless of students to achieve a tremendous improvement in their oral examination. Our students, through guidance from our recording teachers have improved in pronunciation, reading aloud and expression sills. They have been able to grasp the skills effectively, with their own recording (listening to themselves), students develop a strong interest towards the learning of Chinese.

Many parents hope for good results, but at Eduplus, we aspire
towards progress. We value results, however, we value
progression in learning attitudes and behaviours more.

Progress Advisory System:

While collating information about our past students, monitoring and observing their learning environment and analyzing their examination results, formulates an advantageous feedback and observation tool. This enhances parent student dynamics, charting a progression in the learning continuum.

Chinese can be wielded more effectively with the understanding
of the culture and history behind the language.

Linguistic cultural environment:

Eduplus teachers, staff and facilities, form a lively and holistic linguistic cultural environment. Our students are able to enjoy a learning experience differing from worksheets and assignment-centric learning. This encourages an active absorption of the cultural influences of the language.
